You are invited to participate in a research study about how social media influencers and personal social circles influence the consumption values of Gen Z.

If you agree to participate, you will complete an anonymous online survey about your social media use, social media influencers, personal social circles, and buying habits. This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Your participation is voluntary. You may choose not to participate or stop participating at any time without penalty. You may also skip any question you do not wish to answer.

There are no known risks beyond everyday experiences. There are no direct benefits to you for participating; however, your responses may help researchers better understand how social influences affect consumer behavior among Gen Z.

This survey is anonymous. No personally identifying information will be collected. Data will be stored securely (via Qualtrics), accessible only to the researcher and faculty supervisor. The anonymous data may also be used for future research and academic presentations without identifying participants.

This study has received Approval from the Siena University Institutional Review Board (IRB-FY26-47).
